Votur is a quiz and decision app. Play a quiz about any country, capital or topic, or ask a question with two options (we call that a Duo) and let your people or the world vote. Everything works in the app and right here in the browser.

Yes. Votur is free and shows no banner ads. A quiz or Duo can be sponsored by a partner; that is always clearly labelled, never shown before you have voted, and never more than one in eight items in the feed. We'll always tell you before anything costs money.

Not to play or vote: the app starts you as a guest, and on the website you need nothing at all. You need a free account to publish from the app, to keep your quizzes in your profile and for extras like following a creator.

A public Duo can appear in the Discover feed after our automated screening. A private Duo never appears there; only people with its link can open it. Like any link it can be passed on, so share it with people you trust. You can switch at any time.

A Quiz has right and wrong answers, levels and a score. A Did-you-know is a single question with an explanation. A Mirror has no right or wrong: your choices show which type you are.

Every quiz has its place on the globe. Spin it, tap a country and the quizzes of that country line up; zoom in and each question appears as a dot on the spot it is about. Played quizzes turn gold.

Yes, free and without an account, in the app or on votur.app/make-quiz: up to fifteen questions with photos, explanations and levels, or a Mirror with your own types. Every question passes our automated check before it goes live.

Yes. One line of code embeds a quiz or Duo in your own colours, with your name and logo, in eight languages, without cookies. Try it on Votur for sites.

No. Results are only counts and percentages. Which option you picked is never shown to anyone, not even the creator. A creator can see that you voted on an invitation they sent you, never what you picked.

Only if the creator allowed it for that Duo, and only with a signed-in account in the app. Otherwise a vote is one tap, one answer, like a real ballot.

That is the deal that keeps Votur honest: everyone who scrolls also answers. One tap of your opinion, and every creator, including you, gets real answers in return.

Every quiz and Duo has a link. Anyone with the link can open it and play, with or without the app or an account. Knowing the link is what grants access, so share it with the people you want to ask.

Circles are private, saved groups of people you often ask: your family, your team, your group chat. Only you see them; people are not notified when you add them. Contacts you add from your phone stay on your phone.

Yes. A link opens the quiz or Duo right in the browser. One vote per Duo per browser.

Yes. Each Duo has a post-anonymously option that hides your profile from other users. Votur still knows it is yours and all the rules apply.

Any time. A Duo can close automatically after a deadline or a number of votes, and you can delete a quiz or Duo whenever you want; that removes its photos from our servers too.

Yes. Titles, questions and answers are translated automatically into eight languages, and in the app viewers can flip a Duo into their own language with the globe button. Machine translation is not perfect; the original text is always the real one.

Every new question is screened automatically, including by AI systems that check the text and photos, with extra checks that protect minors, before it can appear publicly. Clearly unsafe content is removed; borderline content is held for our human team. Creators are told in the app and can always appeal to a human. The full picture is in our Community Guidelines.

Tap the flag on any Duo or question and pick a reason; reports are confidential and reviewed promptly. On the web the Report link opens an email to us. You can also block a person from their profile.

In the app: Settings, Account, Delete account. It is immediate and permanent: your profile, quizzes, Duos and photos are removed; your votes on other people's Duos stay counted but anonymised. Lost access to the app? See votur.app/delete-account.

Guest accounts that go about ninety days without voting are deleted automatically. Signing in with Google, Apple or email keeps your history; your guest votes normally carry over into your new account.

Yes. A sponsored quiz or Duo is content, not a banner: your name on the cover, your link after the vote, and you get the outcome. See Votur for brands or Votur for sites.
