What gets deleted

• Your profile — username, photo, bio, age, gender, interests, and any linked social handles.
• Every poll you created — the questions, options, photos you uploaded, and the share-cards rendered from them.
• Your circles (private saved groups) and your follows.
• Your sign-in identity (the link to Google or Apple).

What we keep

Your votes on other people's polls stay counted, but are anonymised — they are no longer linked to you. This keeps other people's results accurate while removing your personal connection to them. Report and block records are retained in redacted form as part of our safety audit trail.

How to delete your account

In the Votur app (recommended)

1. Open the Votur app and go to the Mine tab.
2. Tap the gear icon (top right) to open Settings.
3. Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete account.
4. Read the warning, then type DELETE to confirm.

Your account and its data are removed immediately. The app returns to a guest session — you can keep browsing and voting without an account.

Signed in with Apple?

If you used Sign in with Apple, deleting your account also revokes Votur's access where possible. You can always review or remove it yourself under Settings → Apple ID → Sign in with Apple on your device.

If you have lost access to the app

If you can no longer open the Votur app, email support@votur.app from the address linked to your account (or include your username) and ask us to delete your account. We will verify and process your request, typically within 7 days. You can also request deletion through your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play) under app data & privacy.
