The Red Vineyard was purchased for 400 francs in 1890 by the Belgian artist Anna Boch, who was a friend of Vincent's brother Theo. Today, it resides in the Pushkin Museum in Moscow. While some historians suspect Van Gogh may have sold other works or traded them for food, this is the only officially documented sale of his career.
