Aluminum foil: shiny or dull side towards the food?

The two sides are created in the factory by rolling two sheets at the same time: the side against the roller becomes shiny, the side against the other sheet becomes dull. For cooking, freezing, or covering, it makes no difference. Only with special non-stick foil is it indicated which side should face the food.
