In January 2023 a team in Los Angeles baked a pizza of 1,296 square metres, roughly five doubles tennis courts. It used around 6,000 kg of dough, 2,200 kg of cheese and more than 68,000 pepperoni slices. After the measurement it was cut into pieces and given to food banks.
