A quiz about your town, your club, your field, or simply something you know a lot about: on Votur you build it in minutes, with nothing to install. Players read your explanation after every answer and finish with a score and a level you invent ("Tourist", "Good neighbour", "Honorary local"). Free to make, free to play.
How to build it
- Open votur.app/make-quiz. No account needed to start — build first, decide later.
- Type your first question with two answers and mark the right one. Tip: make the wrong answer believable — that is what makes a quiz fun.
- Write a short explanation: why the answer is right, plus one surprising extra. This is what players read after answering — the heart of the quiz. You can add a photo (built-in photo search) and a Wikipedia link as "Read more".
- Add more questions with the arrows — everything saves quietly as you go. Five to ten questions is a sweet spot.
- Give your quiz a title, a short intro and level names. Levels show with the final score and are the moment people share ("I'm an Honorary local — you?").
- Publish. Your quiz gets its own page on votur.app and a secret edit link — keep it safe, it lets you update anytime. You can attach an account later.
Every quiz passes our safety check before it becomes visible — usually within a minute.
Then: share it, or put it on your own site
Share the link in your group chat or on socials — everyone plays right in the browser, no app or account needed. Got a website? Put the quiz on it in two minutes: see embedding a quiz on your website.
